The Wiener Holocaust Library expresses great concern, along with IHRA, Yad Vashem, and other organisations, about litigation being used to intimidate scholars of the Holocaust in Poland.
The Library is committed to supporting and facilitating research into the Holocaust that confronts the complexities of its history and that is not shaped or bound by political or judicial pressure.
