Join us for a Holocaust Memorial Day ceremony centred around this year’s theme, “Create a Better Future”, where we come together to remember the Holocaust and subsequent genocides.

In partnership with JW3 and Camden Council, we will present a powerful blend of testimonies alongside artefacts, photographs, and documents that highlight the stories of survivors honour the memory of the victims and encourage reflection on the past, present, and future.

The ceremony will feature distinguished speakers and musical performances . We are honoured to use a candle provided by Camden Council for the candle-lighting ceremony—one of only 70 specially designed by Sir Anish Kapoor.

We’re honoured to welcome guest speaker and Holocaust survivor Dr Agnes Kaposi, along with journalist Lord Daniel Finkelstein OBE, the Antisemitism Policy Trust’s Lord Mann and the Wiener Holocaust Library’s Dr Barbara Warnock.

The morning will feature music from chazan (cantor) Jonny Turgel and pianist Josh Nesbitt and include filmed and live survivor testimony.
