Deutsche Jugend is a illustrated book where children are encouraged to colour, cut out and play with images of the Hitlerjugend (Hitler Youth). The Hitler Youth was an organisation for boys aged 10-18. By 1934 it had over three and a half million members.
These images, with their explicit militaristic overtures and dominant Nazi symbolism shows the extent to which young people were indoctrinated with National Socialist ideology.
