An embroidered belt made by Sonia Jaslowitz whilst in a concentration camp in Ukraine. Sonia and her parents spent much of the war years in various concentration camps and internment camps, while her brother Harry was sent to Britain aged 16 on account of growing antisemitism in Romania. Sonia died as the result of a British bombing raid shortly after surviving the camps.
