Education Officer

Part-time (three days per week), permanent post, based in Central London, WC1, starting 1 September 2021
Responsible to: The Senior Curator and Head of Education
Salary: £32,000 pro rata

The Wiener Holocaust Library is in the process of expanding its education programme. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work with us to reach more schools and students and to expand the range of workshops that we offer. The successful candidate will also be involved in the maintenance and enhancement of Library’s website for schools, The Holocaust Explained, one of the most widely-visited online educational resources for teachers and students about the Holocaust in the world.
The candidate must have excellent teaching skills and demonstrable knowledge of the Holocaust. They must be well-organised, driven to achieve high standard and show a high degree of initiative.
